I am a composer creating original, 100% human-made instrumental music. Every piece begins with one purpose — to be listened to. I love telling stories through music, and I hope every listener finds their own meaning in it.
I compose music because I enjoy creating music people genuinely want to listen to. Every track is written as a complete musical piece, not as background material. When someone later chooses to use it in a video or another creative project, I see it as a compliment rather than the original goal.
Does your music have copyright on YouTube?
Yes. All of my tracks are protected by YouTube Content ID and registered with BMI (PRO) and Songtrust.
Does your music “copyright free” or “royalty free”?
No. I retain the copyright to all of my music and collect royalties for its use.
Can I download your music?
Yes. You may download my music for personal, non-commercial use. If you would like to use it commercially or in monetized content, please contact me to obtain a license at kudlatiy (at) gmail.com.
Can I make a song or remix with Yevhen Lokhmatov music?
No. Please don’t remix, sample, or use my recordings to create new music. My recordings may also not be used to train AI models or generate AI content.
Can I upload your music to streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music etc.?
No. My music may not be re-uploaded or distributed under another name.
If I purchase a license, will I receive a copyright claim?
My music is protected by YouTube Content ID. With your video all be fine, it will not be removed. If you`ll need to remove a claim please conract me.
